Welcome! My name is Kiara

KNISER was created from something I’m passionate about: bringing order to chaos.

I’ve always loved creating structure, finding better ways of doing things and turning something messy into something that simply works.

As an entrepreneur myself, I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like to build and run a business. I’ve owned my own cleaning business, managed clients, handled the day-to-day operations and experienced how quickly things can become overwhelming when everything falls on the owner.

That experience made me realise just how important the behind-the-scenes organisation of a business really is.

As a business grows, files get scattered, processes become inconsistent, information lives in people’s heads and the owner can find themselves constantly having to step in to keep things moving.

That’s where Kniser comes in.

I help businesses organise and optimise their operations by creating structure around the things that keep the business running — from files and documentation to SOPs, workflows, systems and internal processes.

My goal is simple: take the chaos out of your operations and create systems that make your business easier to run, manage and grow.
